A Joyful Day for Our Parish – Confirmation 2025

On 10 June 2025, Holy Family Catholic Church, Mastrick, Aberdeen was filled with joy as Bishop Hugh Gilbert, Bishop of Aberdeen, celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation for a large group of candidates from our parish.

It was truly a glorious occasion for our parish community. Surrounded by family, friends, sponsors, and parishioners, the candidates were sealed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit and strengthened in their faith journey.

We give thanks for the presence of Bishop Hugh, for the grace of the Sacrament, and for all who helped prepare the candidates — our catechists, clergy, families, and our prayerful parish community.

Please continue to pray for our newly confirmed, that they may live boldly as witnesses of Christ, guided always by the Holy Spirit.
